1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and funnalo ("funnalo," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the funnalo website located at funnalo.net, including all associated services, products, games, promotions, and features offered through the platform.

By accessing the funnalo website, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotional offer, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the funnalo platform and participation in any real-money gaming activity is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant the following:

funnalo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Withdrawal processing is contingent upon successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate regulatory authority.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the funnalo platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. funnalo employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, funnalo reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and any payment method details associated with your account. funnalo is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by you during registration or at any subsequent point.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your funnalo account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. funnalo will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify funnalo's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

funnalo processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. funnalo does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or transfers originating from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your funnalo wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institutions and may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account. funnalo does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by funnalo within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to the completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. funnalo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals and may vary by payment method and account tier. These limits are displayed in real time on the funnalo cashier page. VIP-tier players may be eligible for enhanced transaction limits as part of their VIP benefits package.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by funnalo are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal request associated with bonus funds will be processed.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

funnalo operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting patterns to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, using the same device or IP address as an existing funnalo account to claim a new-player bonus, and the use of software tools or automated scripts in connection with any promotional activity. Where bonus abuse is detected, funnalo reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reclaim any winnings derived from that bonus, and suspend or permanently close the account concerned.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the funnalo platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In addition to those rules, the following general principles apply across all funnalo gaming products:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. No game outcome can be predetermined or manipulated.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published in the relevant game information panels and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the funnalo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one funnalo account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal source.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any funnalo game or feature.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any multiplayer game or live casino environment.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or integrity manipulation in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed through your funnalo account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to circumvent geographic or access restrictions applied by funnalo.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the funnalo platform — including but not limited to the funnalo brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of funnalo or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any funnalo intellectual property without the prior written consent of funnalo.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the funnalo platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence terminates automatically upon closure of your account or breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, funnalo's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to funnalo in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

funnalo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or service interruptions caused by factors outside funnalo's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, power interruptions, acts of God, or government-imposed restrictions.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your funnalo account at any time by contacting the support team. Before an account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed and outstanding bonus funds will be removed. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under funnalo's Responsible Gaming framework; see Section 11 below.

10.2 Suspension by funnalo

funnalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or where required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory authority.

10.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your licence to access the funnalo platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus balances, free spins, or promotional credits are forfeited. Verified cash balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

11. Responsible Gaming

funnalo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its player base. In addition to enforcing the 21+ age requirement, funnalo provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration, after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) to take a break from gaming.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

funnalo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at funnalo Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy in full.

funnalo may share your personal data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or as necessary to provide platform services. funnalo will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

funnalo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, funnalo will provide notice to registered players via email to the address registered on your account, or via a prominent notice on the funnalo platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the funnalo platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through funnalo's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team and allowing a minimum of thirty (30) days for resolution. This requirement does not affect your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection law.
